I know what it’s like to be the powerhouse, the leader, the one who always has an answer. I spent years moving at full speed, convinced that slowing down meant losing momentum.

You are here because you are sick of searching for ‘quick fixes’ through medicine that prolong the problems (while muting them at best). You know there has to be a better way, and there is.

When I was a kid, my sister was institutionalized - tranquilized with no sustainable support. This is the first time I watched the medical system fail.

In 2019, I was diagnosed with PTSD, and I knew I would not allow people to prolong my issues by covering them up because of their limited mindset, even though:

  • I would get off planes if someone made eye contact with me (because of somatic work, I now confidently travel with peace and excitement)

 

  • I had night terrors whenever someone would text me to hang out (because of somatic work, I now have a thriving community with boundaries)

 

  • I doubled down in relationships, even when I knew things were NOT going to get better (because of somatic work, I now quickly say ‘boy, BYE’ and give myself distance)

Before diving into somatics, I was always all gas (which is a fear and flight response, by the way) and saying yes to every opportunity I came across (nursing school, veterinary hospital work, working out six days a week, dancing 4 times a week, and consuming podcasts like 2x daily vitamins).

Now, I travel for pleasure, have my finances in order, go to the gym half the time with twice the results, and help high-achievers like you break free from the cycle of burnout to create a life where success doesn’t come at the cost of your well-being.
